Krav Maga - Battled Tested
Krav Maga is the official self defense and fighting system of the Israeli Military and National Police. Krav Maga was developed by Imi Lichtenfeld in a time when hand to hand combat on the battlefield was prevalent. It is designed to help you overcome a larger attacker and increase your chances of survival from unexpected violence.
Alpha Krav Maga flows directly from Israel as our founder Sam Sade was a soldier in the Israeli Defense Forces. Sam constantly strives to improve our system by reviewing defenses and improving our response to violence.

Pat was an original student of the first school on Cape Cod and continued to train with Krav Maga Boston students and instructors since 2001.
Pat has hundreds of hours of Krav Maga law enforcement training as well as consistently training and attending civilian classes and seminars.
Pat has trained hundreds of women on Cape Cod as well as conducting weekly classes in Hyannis for students of all ages. He has trained dozens of police officers including the Cape Cod Regional Swat Team.
Pat has a solid background in all areas of Krav Maga training as well as close to 30 years of law enforcement employment and training.
Dennis Amato is one of the finest Krav Maga instructors in the nation. His abilities rival those that are recognized as the top instructors in the Krav Maga arena.
In addition to running his school in Boston, Dennis is a mentor to Pat, and provides invaluable insight and training to our instructors and students.
